I'd get that PH down as soon as possible! Your plants aren't able to take up any of the nutes you're giving them and the plant is going to suffer. Flush with PH'd water (go for 6.0-6.5) at the rate of 3 gallons of water for every gallon of pot size... The last gallon you run through on your flush should contain your nutes. THEN let it dry out completely before watering.
Good luck - I think everything will be fine! You're lucky you caught this when you did as autos don't really NEED any nutes until they're about the age yours are! Always, always, always let the soil dry out between watering/feeding... and make sure what you're giving her is PH'd to 6.0-6.5!
