How do I lower soil pH?

So my seedling is not doing great as of late. I checked soil pH and it's at 9. How can I lower it?
the water in my stores are usually around 7-8 pH. Should i use dechlorinated tap water instead? Is there anything you recommend?

vinegar to lower water PH, im using it and its safe. Our tap water is 7,8 for 2 liter bottle in my case is 8drops viinegar with 1,5l bottle is 6 drops to 6,6PH.

You should use so ph down to correct your ph range. There are also natural ph up and downs available. Your ph range will be dictated by medium

Calculating Proper Runoff NumbersBefore I watered plants today the Ph was 6.0 and 1,000 ppm. I added nutrient solution of 6.2 and 1,000 ppm to each plant until runoff. Runoffs were 1,300 to 1,700 range. Ph was 5.9. Is this in the ballpark. If I add 1,000 ppm to existing 1,000 ppm and get less is that right?Week 10
