Depending on your water. Hard is over 240ppm and calmag needed much less
My water is 110ppm I give individual mag or calcium..I don't find giving 2 when they're not needed.
Anyways. If your water is hard. Get a water report if you're anywhere suburban/city. You'll know
But, going off normal water. 100-150ppm of added cal mag again that's both. Id only add like 50-100ppm mag (Epsom salt) or calcium powder. So 100-150ppm and go from there with a calmag. Just be careful a lot calmag extras have N in them also.
So, if your water is 150 then aim for 250-300ppm that should be more than enough. But, if there's no calmag issues give lower dose r no dose. Idk nothings attached.
