Depending on your water. Hard is over 240ppm and calmag needed much less My water is 110ppm I give individual mag or calcium..I don't find giving 2 when they're not needed. Anyways. If your water is hard. Get a water report if you're anywhere suburban/city. You'll know But, going off normal water. 100-150ppm of added cal mag again that's both. Id only add like 50-100ppm mag (Epsom salt) or calcium powder. So 100-150ppm and go from there with a calmag. Just be careful a lot calmag extras have N in them also. So, if your water is 150 then aim for 250-300ppm that should be more than enough. But, if there's no calmag issues give lower dose r no dose. Idk nothings attached.

The recommendation is printed on the side of the bottle. It's 1ml per litre of water.

Depends on how much calcium and magnesium are in the rest of the products you use. it's about the total amount added and ratio relative to other nutes. there are various relationships at play among each of the nutrients the plants use. Ratio is equally important as concentration. google mulder's chart.
