I have a deficiency. Can you please check out my pics and give your advice? I thinks its a Magnesium deficiency, am I correct? Increase CalMag? Flush with extra water? Any tips would be helpful.

You grow in coco,leaves showing absolute magnesium deficiency,my bet is you didn't feed each time you water up until here.In coco,try to feed each watering.its not like soil,it needs to be fertilized any time you water it.especially calcium and magnesium are lacking.burns at leaf edges are caused by skipping feeding and giving only water.they surely had some amount of exces nutrients and when you stop adding nutes to your watering,they tried to absorb excess minerals with that nuteless water,amount of water is not enough for them to absorb completely and this happens.experienced it before,a few times and I'm pretty sure about it.feed each time and add some magnesium.if you see serious nute burn on your leaves,flush once only,then add some nuted water again.

I think that there are too many different variables/things it could be for a one question/answer dialog.
There is a chatroom on a website called Cocoforcannabis, usually 10-15 guys online all day long with a lot of experience in coco.
I think you're best going on there just to make sure you don't throw the kitchen sink at your ladies without establishing the causation first.
Finding out why the issue occurred is more important than trying to fix it.
I am not affiliated with that website at all, but I think it is the best place on the internet for new growers and doesn't cost a penny.

Your plant looks healthy mate. I don't think there's any defiency there especially not calmag as your already feeding enough to support that. It could be your pH is not in the correct range to facilitate the absorbsion of certain nutrients or its looking for a little extra nitrogen.
I would flush once and increase the grow nutes, no need to add calmag. It could also be splotches from stopped nutrient water or check under the leaves for signs of pests. 🌱😁👍

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick.
