The seed was germinated as follows: it was soaked in a glass of water with a special stimulator called "Epine Extra" for six hours. Then, the seed was placed on a cotton pad soaked in regular water for a day. After that, it was placed in a coconut tablet and transferred to a prepared Aero Pot with coconut substrate after another two days. The plant was kept under a cover for three days to maintain humidity at around 80-90%. However, it is observed that the cotyledon leaves have wrinkled, which was not observed in other varieties.

Probably the difficulties arose due to the fact that I did not previously buffer the substrate (BioBizz Coco Mix) - although the seller wrote that it was not required. Or the problem is that there is too little light (one led panel for 120 watts at 50% power)

Sadly, it's pretty obvious - you fed her to death. Cannabis generally does not need nor want nor can use any nutes for the first couple of weeks of their lives... Start again, this one is unfortunately toast and there's no resurrection to be had. When the seedling pops up, keep the soil slightly moist, watering with only plain pH'd water around it... do not keep the soil wet all the time - it MUST have a wet/dry cycle and seedlings don't have the root system to handle more than a little moisture. Make sure you water out from the seedling so the roots, as they're forming, will go looking for water... if you water right up next to the stem, that can cause a damping off .... When, after a week or two, you introduce nutes, do so gradually - the first dose, if you're growing a photoperiod, should be about 1/2 strength but if you're growing an autoflower, it should be about 1/4 strength .... this is done to see if the plant is going to tolerate the nutes or not.... if it DOES tolerate them at that lower dosage, you can increase the strength the next time you feed. And always practice, once you get into feeding, a routine of water/feed/water/feed... some will even do water/water/feed/water/water/feed .... Good luck with your next grow!

This week, I followed the standard level of nuts according to the chart, but the plant showed signs of deficiency. I'm trying to figure out what it lacks.

Yes easy one, she gets little too much light. Place the light higher or dim the lamp, that will probably solve your problem =) But for the future, please post pics of the whole plant, bottom leaves are pretty interesting in terms of problem solving. Good luck my friend =) enjoy ur grow

Hello everyone, I've been monitoring my plants and have noticed some issues that I'm hoping to get some advice on. Firstly, I've been tracking the input and output water parameters. Here's what I've observed: Input (1.7 liters of water): 680 ppm 1355 EC 5.7 pH Output (0.5 liters of drainage): 720 ppm 1401 EC 6.25 pH From these measurements, it seems that my plants are actively absorbing nutrients, as the EC and ppm slightly increase after the water passes through the substrate. The pH also slightly increases, which I believe could be related to the type of nutrients the plants are absorbing. However, I've also noticed that the tips of the fan leaves are starting to develop brown, dying spots. I'm not sure what's causing this. I've considered overwatering, nutrient deficiency, salt buildup, and potential disease or pests as possible causes. I'm hoping to get some advice on what might be causing these brown spots and how to address it. Also, if anyone has any insights on my water parameters and whether they might be contributing to the issue, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help!
