Hola, si las plantas son hembras con sus flores ya visibles y en floración no sufren estrés de ningún tipo, ¿pueden volverse hermafroditas debido al estrés generado en crecimiento por el calor extremo que sufrieron 1 mes atrás? Cómo si estuvieran programadas a ser hermafroditas?

No, heat WILL NOT "pre-program" a plant to turn hermaphrodite.

I don't any reproductive parts indicating its sex or if its a hermi plant in the photo your provided.
All plants can turn hermi, it just depends how much stress causes it to go hermi.
Small normal stressors like LST or HST should not cause the plants to go hermi, and if it does then its bad genetics that is not locked in well or diluted/interbreed with garbage.
I don't know what you classify as extreme heat but anything below 28 is ideal. 29-32 hot and 34-40 is extreme to me. just keep your environmentals in check and you should be ok.

Yes heat stress can cause this to happen. In your case I think you might be able to control it. Keep an eye on the development of the sacs and be ready to remove them. From what I know tis will still jeopardize the quality of your buds but at least you won't just get seeds
