Insects or soil on flowers

My plants are outside and on some flowers there are small insects (ants) or small grains of soil. When I remove the flowers should I remove all the soils and insects or it doesn’t affect the cannabis?They are very small.

I got to harvest in 14 days: in order to have enough time to cure it before leaving home for 2 weeks (safety first: is a period of floods in here, I just can't take the risk). I had a pretty long vegetative stage but I'm gonna finish it at 13 weeks. Am I gonna ruin it it, right?
