Hello guys, for an autoflower, do you suggest defoliation, and/or lollipopping? When it’s better to do both? And how? Need a full tutorial. And what about lst? When is The best condition ti do it? Thanks i already do defoliation and LST last grows, but i wanna improve my skills…

only with healthy plants, thats one.
do all manipulations before watering, that way less breaks, most lanky plants will allow you to bend them easy.
readjust daily, tuck leaves, expose side branches to light , form nice and even canopy
in flower after final strech over, do clearing and lolipoping.
autos dont love harm, but once, if plant is healthy , you should do.
see my diaries, i grow 3 autos now.

The LST you can do from day 1 is no big deal you just need to move the branches to get light. Lollipop for photo am doing this before starting the flower and for auto, I start week 2 to week 4 in flowering slowly 🧚♀️ btw when the plant enters week 5 flower do not touch it anymore 🍻

LST can start as early as week 2 or so, as soon as you have enough height you can start bending over. Continues through veg but stops once in flower. Lollipopping comes later, about mid-flower.

I found autoflowers do best with lst. You should not defoliate a autoflower unless it is getting way to bushy. Also you should not top them, as they don't have time to recover properly from it. I do lollipop the plants in flowering to cut back on the smaller undeveloped stuff at bottom from growing. Autoflowers do best in a Hydro application like growing in a coco/perlite mix or dwc. 👍🏻
