it's only a Mg issue if it was low on MG from the start. It takes 5 weeks from the inception of a Mg deficiency to see any symptoms on leaves. your plant is only 5 weeks old.. it is possible, but the time frame is a bit odd. this is only on the 3-fingered older leaves? if so i wouldn't react to it just yet. if it remains only on the 3-fingered leaves i would ignore it. those first couple sets of real leaves, not cotys, often have blemishes. they often get less maintenance from the plant over time -- first to shed etc. burnt tips can be a number of things.. keep an eye on that, but i'd wait for more clear symptoms before taking a course of action. always easier to add things than take away things.

Based on my observation, it seems that your plant isn't progressing into the flowering stage. If you apply nutrients at this point, I recommend waiting to see if there's any improvement. If the issue worsens, you might consider increasing the dose of Cal-mag. Additionally, it's possible that your pH levels might not be conducive to nutrient uptake, so adjusting it to the range of 6.2-6.6 could also help I will say again around 6.5 PH

Yes its week 4 now, but I used minimum dosage of terra vega one part nutrient since week 3(it also contains MgO), so how deficit is possible? I added one fan inside growroom to increase airflow. Only older 3-piece leaves are struggling, maybe the plant already going for flowers and getting rid of some old leaves this way?

It's been two weeks since then, and from what I can see, you are now in the fourth week

I used canna professional plus soil mix, they say it’s rich on microelements so no nutrients needed for first 2 weeks

Magnesium deficiency or it is a ph issue causing a lock out of magnesium.

For me, it looks like the beginning of Magnesium deficiency, I see you are growing in the soil so I will say make your pH around 6.5 you have to add cal-mag or Epsom salt, btw I will say lower your humidity to 55% if you can 🍻

Looks like too much N and low humidity, now that makes it having Mg issue first signs. Ussually in SOIL caused by root not getting oxygen ( overwatering, keep pot moist constantly)and too rich soil from start. With tume they should grow out, not a biggie, just slower with N part for a bit.
