Nute burn or gnats?

Is this nutrient burn or fungus gnats? I started to see signs of my leaves starting to lighten. So I moved the light away and it didn’t solve it. So I started flushing, which seemed to help at first but because the soil is always wet I’ve got lots of fungus gnats flying around.

Nute burn it looked like from the tips. Ide say both gnats and nutes since You backed light, that didn't help so it's not that. Since flushing you increased the gnat problem. I would let dry 40 to 50% then feed half strength and check runodf. Immediately increase fan near tops of soil to keep it dry and possibly adding layer of vermiculite or something to cover the soil. I would check runoff to see leaves of PPMs and PH. If I had to guess it started nute burn, then flushing increased gnats and now you got that problem to fix. Good luck and please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest 🙏 please and thank you 🙏 😊

To clarify, I don't use liquid fertilizers. It's only 4-4-4 gaia green that I didn't measure. I just added a bunch because I've never had a problem like this. Kind of threw it in willy nilly. Ph on just straight water has been between 6.3-6.9 depending. I will double check my Ph meter.

It's not nute burn. Leaves tips will curl up and in with nute burn. Looks more like light burn and possibly a ph issue in substrate.

I also amended my soil on the strong side (didn’t measure). So it’s hard for me to say.
