Yellow leaf with brown spots?

aDriftwoodKing
aDriftwoodKingstarted grow question a year ago
Plant has only 1 leaf like this, and the opposite fan leaf appears normal. Another plant has a similar leaf like this but with less spots, and one yellow or bleach spot. But only 1 leaf on each plant. My latest diary entry has more info, any help appreciated.

You should NEVER try to flush soil it only causes over saturating of the medium and more problems than you started with anyone who offers that advice has clearly never grown in soil and is parroting something he/she has seen somewhere online

Potential Issues: Without jumping to conclusions, this could be related to various factors like nutrient imbalance, environmental stress, or even a bit of randomness that plants sometimes throw at us. Action Plan: I'm considering letting the soil dry about halfway and then doing a cautious half-dose feed. Monitoring runoff ppms can help gauge if there are any nutrient imbalances. Flush Consideration: If needed, a flush might be on the horizon, and introducing beneficial microbes through a product like recharge could be beneficial. Stay Attuned: As always, keeping a close eye on how the plants respond will guide further decisions. Remember, each plant has its quirks, and your attentive care is key to addressing these leaf mysteries. Best of luck with your plants! 🌿👩‍🌾

You may be experiencing lockout. As the other comment says your def over watering. The plant is wilting bad. Deep green shows it has PLENTY of nitrogen. My answer is same as the previous answer. I would let it dry 50% then do a half dose feed and check runoff ppms. If your runoff is 300ppms or more MORE then your feeds ppms. Then your experiencing lockout. You will then need to flush. If your in a 3 gallon pot flush with 9 gallons of water. At the end of flushing then feed half gallon of half strength feeding. If your not running recharge run it. It will add all things beneficial to your medium. The microbes will make all nutes available to your roots and your plants will be less likely to lockout again. Goodluck Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate your support growmie 🙏 😃

I agree with Roberts. That plant is sad and droopy and is yellowing and getting necrotic spots. That's what a suffocating plant root zone looks like. Don't water your soil until your pot feels light. You'll need to check daily till you get familiar with how the water gets taken up by the plant, plus evaporation. Remember this, many new growers love their plants to death. You think you always need to be messing with them. Tinkering with them. Always keeping them watered and fed....NO. Water them with pH adjusted water depending on your substrate requirements. Let your soil dry out but not to the point of wilt. Then water again. And you don't need to feed with every watering, but you will have to pH your water every time you water. You should check on them every day to make sure everything is going well, and if it is, fuck off and leave them alone. Provide what they need when they need it and they will do the rest. Provide a good balance of nutrients at the proper pH. Keep your environment dialed in, and that's all you need to do.

You are giving too much nitrogen at the moment. The plant looks like it is overwatered. You may be seeing the start of root rot. Additional perlite in future grows would be something to look into. You can pick up the plants to judge how much water is in them along with the knuckle test.
