I would start by checking your pH this being off can cause so many issues, I would also make sure that your watering to runoff to make sure there is not a nutrient lockout due to salt buildup, also at this stage, I would actually lower the humidity a 70% is pretty high for plants that are on week 4.

Sphagnum moss can by highly acidic.
Since you are using a large percentage of it in your grow medium, I would be checking the pH of the run off as the first step to solving this issue.
It is not a RH or PPFD issue.

Burn? Deficiency? Hydroponic fgrowproblems in DWC. I am using TA nutrients (Lucas formula). Running EC 1.8 and pH 5.8. One of my plants look good but the other plant shows lots of problems.
