Strange new growth on buds

hello mate, I’m sure it’s a re-vegetation of flowers. I had the same experience with my own cutting. Every single flower opened and the branches came out of these. Good luck friend!!

little bit of N tox it seems as well as the fox tailing and revenging You should think about starting a diary and logging your process, just images alone are not always helpful. Its good to have reference of weeks of information to see where the problem might have arose from. Good Luck!

Your plant is Foxtailing. Foxtailing can be caused either by genetics or by stress. Indoors, however, foxtailing can be caused by light stress during the flowering phase.

Looks like some foxtailing but where it grows up out the top of the bud with the smooth leaves does look like revegging.

The weird new non-serrated leaves make me believe it's revegging. Besides pushing a few sugar leaves you shouldn't really be creating any new leaves by late flower. Are you certain your light cycles are right? Light leaks? Weird indicator lights on equipment?

It is fox tailing, light is too intense, or it is too warm from light hot spot or environment.
