If you want to try to make your own, here's a good starting point

If you want a hot mix to add to soil, I've used "Nature's Living Soil". Try not to mix your soil too "hot", it's hard to correct after your growing. Also remember you need to only use products that is safe for your soil biome, that includes your pH down and everything. It would be a shame to go to the effort of building your soil only to kill off the microbes accidently.

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?

ARE THESE THRIPS AND/OR SPIDER MITE BITES? Maybe it's a notes issue? Looks like an insect invasion thoughThere is some bite marks on the leaves. I have removed the worst off 20+ leaves and applied a pesticide for spider mites, aphids, scale insects 3 times in last 24hrs.
