Maybe some water got left on the leaves and it burnt a bit.
Water droplets on leaves and bright LEDS act like magnifying glasses and burn the plants.
It also looks like the start of Ca issues but you feed is acquit in calcium.
Any reason your growing on 12/12 in veg still? you can do 18/6 and then switch to flower when it is ready and mature. I don't think your plant is mature yet, I do not see any signs of pistils meaning its ready. It will still grow under 12/12 till it becomes mature and then it will enter flower, just less energy then 18/6 unless your matching the DLI from 18/6

Calcium, either ph in was wrong or pot was too moist for long aka overwatering, that led to your condition.
Ph and good watering regime is MOST important things in SOIL grow.

Its most likely a watering issue looking at your diary and judging from the condition of your leaves. The plant isn't deficient just not properly watered.

Hello my friend, this is not a deficiency. Your organic soil and plant are in balance and she is very happy! It could have been a water driplet that magnified the light in the leaf. But again this is not a deficiency and this girl will create big fat juicy sticky buds for you to smoke! 💚

I think is just oldering leaves.
She seems healthy, but IMO just too small.
Like a topped main stalk.
So I guess its a bit shocked. Dont push too much with feeding/watering.

Overfed P and KUnfortunately i have overfed PK as thought the bottle said 7ml per L but instead was 0.7ml. Noticed tips of leaves the next day browning so checked the feed chart again and pretty much shit myself. Flushed all 3 plants for about 5 mins and now they seem ok hopefully.

Salt buildup with biobizz fertilizers in biobizz lightmix soil, runoff EC grows after each plain watering. Each one takes 6 days to dry. HelpPlants watered for two months w/o proper runoff with biobizz grow/bloom 50% dose. It seems this caused salt buildup which led to deficiencies. Got myself a PPM/EC meter. Nov18 3L EC-IN 1.3 EC-OUT 2.7, Nov24 3L EC-IN 0.5 EC-OUT 3.1, Nov30 EC-IN 0.9 EC-OUT 4.1. Why does it go up?
