Lockout from nitrogen overdose. Maybe that led to overwatering ( they start to use less water if sick, people just follow old rules and mis that point )and then root problems, maybe.
Any bad smell around root/pot zone will tell that you in rootbound, still think from all garden look, that you overfed plants and they are sick.

Should I harvest in 2-3 weeks ?Hey, do you think my plants might be ready in two weeks ? They're autos in 7th week of their life.
