When to switch to Terra Aquatic's Final Part to finish?

It looks to be a PK booster of sorts. 0-6-5 with some added Mg and S. I would not say this is even required. All these items are in grow/bloom/micro. It has no N so its just starving the plant out and will make it change colours. In the future i would not buy this again, just use the normal feed at reduced rates. Cheeper does same thing. But thats what they suggest. Could always try one plant with it and one without and see what you like more. Given em both a proper cure. Good Luck!
