PK13/14 for only 1 week ?

Hi! What it says in the Canna schedule is correct, you indeed use it for just 1 week. Many growers hear or read about the results of successful growers and the use of PK boosters. With the thick buds of others in mind, they then also get to work with a PK booster. In doing so, they exaggerate the amounts, which leads to disappointing results. When you give a PK booster too much and too early in the cycle, a nitrogen surplus occurs. The phosphorus and potassium surpluses ensure that these substances cannot be absorbed at all, which throws the entire nutrient balance out of whack. The plant only has nitrogen left from the macro-elements, with all the negative consequences that entails. Because this stuff is really strong, I would choose to follow the Canna schedule. Unless you already have a lot of experience with it and can notice well when problems arise. That's your choice. Good luck with growing! 👌🌱
