Tst looks like some type of pest damage. Treat your soil. Pour tons of pebbles on it so no bugs can grow.

Spider mites will leave lots of small white dots everywhere, not white lines btw.

if you don't mean a web on the outside of the leaf, those little blemishes are nothing to worry about on early leaves.. first couple set of serated leaves can be a bit ugly at times.. like an ugly newborn.. no one will admit it, but a lot of newborns are ugly AF. LOL. I'd amend your watering habits though.

probably spider mites or some other infestation. since you just started this round you should reconsider throwing them away and disinfesting the whole area and equipment. the second option is to use Neem oil and spray the plants and surounding area once per week with the solution. in about 3-4 weeks the problem should be solved.

Best to take photos in while light vs blue.purple. hard to see details may hide or emphasis things that are not a problem. Could be some weird growth that it will grow out of once it matures, Kinda resembles leaf mutations from lack of oxygen to the roots in the early stages when overwatered. Also somewhat resembles thrip dmage but not lilkey. Good Luck!

residue from spray ? or water drops after water dry out ? check ppm of plain water, if higher 150, you could be in trouble. excessive calcium in water will leave it mostly.
