That's a pollen sack that contains anthers (nanners). This is much, much worse than a "nanner." Single nanners don't have a full compliment of anatomy, so they often don't produce a ton of pollen some are even impotent. A pollen sac has a full compliment of anatomy, and even if it is a hermie with slightly reduced pollen production by comparison to a true male, that 1 sac can cause a lot of seeds, and usually you don't just get 1 sac. If you catch them when they are a "pod" and sealed up, you can avoid pollen from the sacs. I'm not suggesting you keep a plant popping pollen sacs, though. Throw it out unless the damage is already done. If it is already pollinated, look into making ice hash (bubble hash). It's a sieving process, so you will 100% avoid the seeds and get something from your grow. Quality is diminished relative to prevalence of pollination per plant.... more seeds, more reduction to quality.
