Don't, 45 is ok, daytime 45 will shoot up to 60 ish at night. So long as there is a small drop in temps at night, this will mean the same space will hold less moisture so your RH will rise. The plant also performs cellular respiration at night. Not so noticable when small, but once in flower the plant creates alot of moisture at night and expels it at night. Don't guage Rh based off a single metric at a single point at a specific time of day.

45% is all good. You only need higher with cuttings 👍 I have the same problem with low humidity and I'm doing good with 30% 😅

Fat soft bath towel, wet it daily, wash in washing machine every second . Easy and fast way. Humidifier is smart way too, if you have cash.

I agree with ultra, don't sweat it. By late veg the plants could push your humidity into the 60s easy. I only worry about running high humidity for seedlings and clones and that's what humidity domes or plastic totes are for. You'll appreciate that 45% humidity if you can maintain it in flower.

I recommend getting a humidifier off Amazon. That’s exactly what I did.
