Hi guys, my plant has grown too long and I decided to tie it at the top, I should have done it earlier or brought the lamp closer, do you think it's too late to do it?

Almost too late, but still fine to bend/train.

When pre flower is over. HST break the main stem by holding the stem & rub hard and bend in way to manage. Only when the stretching is over (and comes into fattening) HST then. As they'll keep growing. So doing HST your basically laying them to be where they are. So growth needs to be stopped for controlled height. Pre fower will end soon. Just keep the hot/cold temps within 6c 7c max. Or it'll cause stretching.

Training is easier early in the process but there's always time for emergency adjustments. I see you grew your plant "au natural" and you also still have plenty of room in your tent. I would consider supercropping the main stalk to bring it down to the level of your next set of branches and tie the rest of your branches so they're more horizontal if they stretch . That will allow you to drop your light down a lot closer to things.

Never too late, but generally you could plan plant way better. Give one more support for her not to bend back, its still young plant, she will try to run up, prevent it.
