Lower light to closer and down to minimum setting. Transplant up after roots have filled smaller containers. Use better dirt meant to grow weed… try happy frog… what are u using for seeds? If bag seeds maybe not stable.

If your determined to stay in the final container, Use a 100ml syringe to water these around an inch from the base until your roots get established to avoid damping off. Death of the Seedling. Use the syringe to get a wetted column in the media to the bottom of the pot. The tap root will follow. If the tap root gets a dred out tip, it'll stunt the growth for a while until the lateral roots spread out and downward. Best success is to get the tap root down to the bottom. This will ensure that you have the potential of a very hardy plant.. IMO the pots too big tho. Will take weeks to get established and will require some patience to coach the tap root to the bottom and then the lateral roots outward. Suggestions, 1 week in a solo shot glass if not, or go strait to 1-2 dry cycles in a solo cup then transplant back into the fabric pot would be my best advise. Plants will become vigorous in the solo cup....low light as well to encourage root growth for a week after that. Seedling stage can be up 4 weeks or until roots are established. Aftervthat transplant, water around the solo root ball. Then get familiar with best watering practices in the fabric pots. A cheap water probe meter so to know when to water consistently and avoid the overwatering, lack of oxygen at the roots issues, also avoid dry pockets in the media. Good luck and happy growing.

Starting a diary would help. Eliminates a lot of the guess work trying to figure out what you're doing. It looks like you need better drainage, add perlite as mouse suggests. I also recommend not watering directly at your plant's base while this young. Seedlings are easy to dampen off and kill by keeping the root base saturated. I like to keep a small dry zone around my seedlings and make the roots seek out moisture. They really don't need alot at this stage.

This is way to much water for a media that has this much water holding capacity. The roots are sufficating bythe looks of it. Also you only need very low light. You cannot stress a seedling to the point where it doesn‘t grow anymore. Let it work for it‘s water and light (but not too much)

If you grow in coco, you should have a tds/ppm meter. Start feeding them with nutes max 350ppm in this stage. Use cal/mag if you use ro water, if its tap water there is plenty of cal/mag in it. Dont forget, its a hydro growing with coco medium so you have to feed them from day 1.

looks like you growing in just peat or coir and no perlite. Try mixing in min 30% on coir and 40% on peat mos. Don't forget that the soilless mediums are almost always void of nutrition and need to be feed from day one. It looks to me that is pure peat moss and I am guessing it has not been fed. Good Luck!
