If your determined to stay in the final container, Use a 100ml syringe to water these around an inch from the base until your roots get established to avoid damping off. Death of the Seedling.
Use the syringe to get a wetted column in the media to the bottom of the pot. The tap root will follow. If the tap root gets a dred out tip, it'll stunt the growth for a while until the lateral roots spread out and downward. Best success is to get the tap root down to the bottom. This will ensure that you have the potential of a very hardy plant..
IMO the pots too big tho. Will take weeks to get established and will require some patience to coach the tap root to the bottom and then the lateral roots outward.
Suggestions, 1 week in a solo shot glass if not, or go strait to 1-2 dry cycles in a solo cup then transplant back into the fabric pot would be my best advise. Plants will become vigorous in the solo cup....low light as well to encourage root growth for a week after that. Seedling stage can be up 4 weeks or until roots are established.
Aftervthat transplant, water around the solo root ball.
Then get familiar with best watering practices in the fabric pots. A cheap water probe meter so to know when to water consistently and avoid the overwatering, lack of oxygen at the roots issues, also avoid dry pockets in the media.
Good luck and happy growing.
