Probably not no, if the pot was biodegradable or cardboard or even a peat puck, the roots will barely hold the medium together.
Idea is to transplant once the medium is dry, the rootz hold it together.
When you use plastic pots it can often take several taps to make the medium dislodge, with nothing holding the dry medium together the seedling could literally just fall out.
There is no right or wrong way or time.
But it's dar from ideal IMO, leafspan hasnt even outsized the pot it curre tly sits in. Allow to maybe double that size.
The base of a strong football is to allow the roots to circular round and round in a plastic pot restricted from oxygen, then upsize or add to a more airy final pot.
Personally I'd wait till it at least doubles in size.
