Brown spots and indents on seedling's first true leaves

I have posted another question about this, but i wanted to update the photo so it's more clear.
I checked my soil pH and it's a 9. I know i have to fix this but is it the cause of this?

Yea 9 is way too alkaline. Get it down. Might also be soil being a little hot. Give it some time. They are resilient little plants.

Not all seeds make it........some are duds, no matter what you do and this is probably one of those that will not make.
Always plant more seeds than you think you will need, just in case you get duds.
Life is too short to grow "maybes"!
Seeds are unique, random organic beings, not factory produced items guaranteed to be 100% perfect.

Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.
*CalMag & pH buffered 6h @ 0.5mS, pH5.8, strained** & seed planted.

I keep loosing leaves to some sort of nasty necrosis. It affects leaves at all levels, small and big randomly. I had to remove a lot of dying foliageAt first it looks like a asymmetrical spot of leaf starting to thin out to lighter color then tissue dries and turn black. I have high runoff EC3.3 and I blame Easy boost pellets because I only add rootjuice 1ml/L and sugar royal 0.5ml/L to my water. What is it and how I fix it?4 months ago

What to do? → BF Runtz Auto - Day 42 - RH70, 80F in BioBizz Light SoilOn my last post, I was advised I have N tox, so I watered w/o BioGrow, just BioBloom and it's gotten much worse. Pest infestation left my plant folded and weak. I treated it, but now blacked out leaves?Ants were farming an oval shaped bug's secretions that was eating my stem and going underground, leaving a trail of a film-like substance.
Treated it with neem oil, cigarette butt tea, garlic and dishwasher soap to fend them off. Black leaves now. Tips?8 months ago
