After heavy defoliation at week 3, is it okay to have another defoliation or dont do anything until end of flowering? They just seem to grow back again and have some shades. Attached is after defoliated and a week after. Ps. Did i not defoliate enough? Thank you

Don't stress it. Not over the top at all... Liking what you've done. The remaining leaves look really happy.. I wouldn't remove anymore leaves after day 20. I'd suggest you try to get your humidity around 50%. The leaves growing larger will help with this. But 35 is a bit low..watch your feeding when it gets too low. VPD is important and if the humidity stays low you risk could risk some nutrient burn. She's looks fully recovered though and likley the heavy defoliation didn't cause her to skip a beat. Awesome job.

every healthy fan you remove is limiting your bud size and in the last weeks of flower they will not grow back so yeah. i always try keep my canopy as green as possible for as long as possible this is where you get large yields. atleast 3 oz per plant usually anyway growing cannabis is a very long process and most try and speed it up to crop early ect its one of the worst things you can do in my opinion. patience is the key to good growing :)

I prune the plant from the second to the eighth week of flowering, then leave it untouched afterwards Or When the stretching process ends, I also stop defoliating

Your defol was fine. It will happen, especially with your more leafy strains. The plant designates some of the tinier leaves to bulk up into new big primaries and push long stems. You by no means want to keep your plant naked but sometimes periodic cleanups are needed. You're leafing up again but it's not choked out yet, your airflow is probably still good. I'd let it continue to stretch a bit and maybe reevaluate in a week or two.

I defoliate throughout the grow for 2 reasons: the leaves gotta come off sometime and more importantly to maximize light to the flowers. The trick is ensuring not to do too much in one go or at the wrong time (eg. early veg) causing the plant to be weakened. Check out my Bubba Kush and Pineapple Express grow diaries to see how timing of defoliation makes a difference. Bottom-line: your grow looks great, feel free to defoliate! 😁
