Is this genetic mutation? Pale spots on the leaves of a 2 weeks old cookie gelato from rqs.i have 3 others that have the same but not as big as this one.

Variegation. Can google it. Shouldn't cause any issues. Good chance you don't see it on newer growth, too.

Are those wood chips you're using as a top layer? Could be affecting your pH. As wood chips/mulch decompose it can slightly increase the acidity of your medium.

She looks a bit pale to me so my first thought is the is a small imbalance in your coco

Later they become green, still with a white stripe/spots in the middle of leaf.

Edges of some leaves getting lighter.Edges of a few leaves are getting lighter. I stopped using B-52 due to nute burn, so only using A/N - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A/B at 1/2 strength and well water. The water is a hard water, I have no RO. Missing a nute or too much?
