New leaves on top of colas - albino white?

Hi all,
new leaves on top of highest colas shoot out completely albino white with small green dots.
Later they become green, still with a white stripe/spots in the middle of leaf.
What could it be, how do I read it? Thanks in advance and happy grow!

Go higher, it’s not so bad now but it will burn slowly your bud

hm.. I have switched light schedule to 20/4 couple of weeks ago, if this matters. But is it (white leaves/tops) bad? It doesn't look bad too me but I can get lights a bit higher if it helps

@MangoDudu, first I thought the same but it happens on all colas with this hairy white balls on top - lowest of those colas are like 35cm from lamp which should be absolutely OK, I think.

Seedling curving down and turning pale greenThe leaves of my two seedlings are curving down and it turns a little bit palw green. I think I overwatered the first days, but now it looks like the substrate is really dry (I didn't watered the last 2 days) but I'll wait a little more. So is it the problem or I miss something ?

Changed light to flowering and all of a sudden the plants started to bleach white on the new growths and wilt at the bottom. Assumed excess nitrogen. I recently flushed them but they do not seem to be recovering at all. Quite damp.
Strains are Blue Gelato 41 Bluberry OG.

Leaf discolorationI just noticed some leaf discoloration. What could it be? Just entered 2nd week of flower using roots organic lush soil. Top dressed a week ago with terp tea grow and bloom. I use r.o. water also using urb and fish shit every now and then. Is this a deficiency?

Leafs losing Color, die off.I could really use some help recognizing if and which deficiencies the Super Skunk has. It's currently growing in an organic soil that's been pre-fertilized and should be enough to complete the cycle. The temperatures are around 23c (73,4F) day and 19c (66F) night.
