New leaves on top of colas - albino white?

Hi all, new leaves on top of highest colas shoot out completely albino white with small green dots. Later they become green, still with a white stripe/spots in the middle of leaf. What could it be, how do I read it? Thanks in advance and happy grow!

hm.. I have switched light schedule to 20/4 couple of weeks ago, if this matters. But is it (white leaves/tops) bad? It doesn't look bad too me but I can get lights a bit higher if it helps

@MangoDudu, first I thought the same but it happens on all colas with this hairy white balls on top - lowest of those colas are like 35cm from lamp which should be absolutely OK, I think.
