ongoing yellow leaf tips problems

Just give it 5.8 pH water for a bit. Looks like it's tips are getting cooked from hot nutrients.

Root zone issue. pH could be out of wack or maybe your water level is too high and the base of your plant is staying too moist. Just a couple guesses, more info would be useful.
