When cloning , I can put the stem into a clone cube and go ahead and plant the cube into soil? Or should I just cube it til I see roots then plant into soil?

It works but is far less successful, 80-90% success rate rooting first. Plopping directly in substrate 40-60% Oxygen is key within the medium, so long as it remains consistent and doesn't veer too dry or too damp for too long.

I would root them first before planting them in soil to prevent any soil based pathogens from taking hold of the fresh cuts. I root mine in a glass of water then into dirt once I see the nubs form on the stem where roots will emerge. Good Luck!
