My new growth is growing small and bunchy. Had been thriving. Any ideas? I cleaned for pests just in case.

Leaf shape and size are dictated by available light, spacing is dicated by growth during x amount of cycles. Only time I've seen such mangled leaf growth is sheer stress from too much light, light must be too close eventually it just causes entire parts of leaf to malform or go missing entirely.

I'm with Organoman and Roberts, nitrogen toxicity. High stress caused by light, leaves curling up. In your case, it's curled down, excess nitrogen, give it a good watering with just pH-controlled water, and the next watering with 0 nitrogen, if possible. If you can't give 0 nitrogen, do the next 3 waterings with just water, then slowly resume the feeding routine.

The feed looks way too strong. Or you are not getting enough run off. Looks like nitrogen toxicity.
