My new growth is growing small and bunchy. Had been thriving. Any ideas? I cleaned for pests just in case.

Leaf shape and size are dictated by available light, spacing is dicated by growth during x amount of cycles. Only time I've seen such mangled leaf growth is sheer stress from too much light, light must be too close eventually it just causes entire parts of leaf to malform or go missing entirely.

few things that might be doing this. growdiaries.com/diaries/194793-atlas-seed-kombucha-cream-grow-journal-by-lonestranger I notice this happen when my roots don't get enough oxygen but your in a DWC style setup so check them roots. are they slimy or smelly or off colour? Maybe something is in the res and needs killing. peroxide can help with that or other hydro clean products. Your lighting is 24/0 and I am not a huge fan of this. All plants need downtime, so the excess of light is extra stress and not needed. Look into something called DLI, cannabis plants can handle aorund 35-40 from seed to harvest. anything over this require extra care and CO2, anything below this is limiting potential its the sweet spot. Your PH is kinda low as well at 5.6, I'd aim for 5.8 min or even 6.0 will give your more wiggle room if it drifts. All nutrients are available at a wide range when growing in soilless. EC looks on point from what I can tell. Good Luck!

The feed looks way too strong. Or you are not getting enough run off. Looks like nitrogen toxicity.
