Making canopy even?

Seeing that the back colas (or whatever they’re actually called) are taller than the front and starting to cover other ones. Is there a way to even this out ? Or will it be fine. Also some of the fan leaves on the inside seems to be cover other parts. Should i defoliate the top?

You need to redo mate..
Take away your net. Its far too close for any substantial growth..
30-45cm away. You need space for the nodes to grow out during veg. Have a look at my unfinished diary on scrog. Sour strawberry..

Looks like you started your scrog net a little low, if it's to difficult to move it up then you can just use another net over top. Between that, plant ties, and some trimming you will be in good shape!

I would defoliate the inside area to thin it out. You can lst the taller colas or hst them at some point in the future. I would not worry about it till stretching is almost done.

Se salio de control. Deberías ir tejiendo los brotes en la red a medida que van creciendo. Ahora lo puedes intentar con cuidado sin romper ninguna rama. buena suerte.
