Light is a 720 growers choice at 80 percent power 2 feet or more away
Temperature is 75
Humidity is 70
I know it's high am working on getting dehumidifier but cost

This is clear late stage mag issues
Nothing to do relating to strength of light. Theres no light stress here pal.
.mix tap wit Epsom Salt.
(Its the best source of mag/sulphur for a plant) add 150ppm to tap. 6.7 ph but between 6.4-7 will do if that's ur tap. As ultrapure Epsom salt (no aloe Vera or perfumes in the salt. Any chemist will have ES) You can use the same mix for a foliar spray right up until pre flower.

This looks like she is getting to much CalMag... not to little.
though in my oppinion you are having it a lil to humid aswell i'd recommend lowering humidity to below 60% preferably around or below 50%
Cold air can hold less water than hot air if you can have an intake of cool air it will dry as it heats up.

There is more then a cal mag issue and light too intense. Looks like you are not getting good run off as well. Which will cause a lot of nutrition issues. Plus that dehumidifier is not a optional piece of equipment. At rh of 70 or more you run a high chance of mold. If it develops then you have to toss all plants in tent. Moldy weed is a no go.

You're only in veg right now, you are running the light at too high of intensity.
Download the Photone app on your phone, it will help you set your light, aim for a ppfd reading of around 450-600.
I would set the dimmer on the light to 25%-40%, you can lower it a little if you need to in order to get 450-600 ppfd.
You will use the higher levels of intensity for your light during the middle of flower.
Once you flip to flower, you can raise light intensity after a week or 2 and slowly raises intensity each week until the middle of flower, you will want around 800 ppfd in the middle of flower.
