Hello, howdy & high! I’m Curious if anyone knows what these little white dots are. Are they reason for alarm? I’ve not started nutes yet. Hydroponics. Thanks and have a great day!

unless you can see visible signs it was caused by a pest, ignore it.. -- "honeydew" (glistening) around the spots is a sign it was suckled vs just some early blemish that is common on first few sets of leaves. also, is it multiplying.. if not.. no biggie. This just looks like normal blemishes to me. Early leaves are often fugly and won't see it after that early stage.

Looks pest related. And no you can not always see the pest. If it continues I woukd neem oil spray it very soon. I spray and let it sit about a half hour, then rinse off what I can. Then return to grow area with light off or turned down so it don't burn the leaves till they dry.

Inspect the undersides of the leaves for black dots (mite shit), clear round balls (mite eggs) or little reddish bodies crawling around (Spider Mites) If you don't see anything like that under your leaves, then you're probably ok to just proceed but be mindful and watch for progression.
