Hi mate, you can't.. Upload the video in your diary and it will go automatically on the short (but I don't know if someone make the selection). What I can tell you for sure is that some of my videos upload on my diary was shown in the shorts... Good Luck 💪

The site choose shorts. Any video I think that's over/under a certain time
Have a look at a few then add some videos to ur diaries.
