How do you change the ppm ...... And what should it be at 10weeks in... Mine is at 380 is that good or bad ???

U add Nutrients. Depending on what you're using, that sounds very very low. How did u get 380ppm.(as no way tats your tap, bottled water maybe) But its pretty simple u add EC / ppm by adding nutrients for the phase ur
