White spots

Did you spray your leaves with tap water to increase humidity? On first sight, form of the spot resembles dried water drops.

Spots are likely from getting the leaves wet and light being on. I see deposits on leaf where water or solution has dried. Without detailed information or a dairy with detailed information it is impossible to diagnose it any further.

White just looks like residue from something. Funny i had it on my plants at the tips of the blades too and i thought the same that it was a mold or something but nothing came of it. Just keep an eye on it. Your necrotic spots are a calcium deficiency.
