1st grow and i have what I believe to be a calcium deficiency at week 9 of this auto flower. My soil was off the entire grow from shitty old ffof. I just flushed my other plant 3 days ago, should i flush this one too? Should i carefully trim the affected leaves or let it finish?

Don't trim the leaves, let it finish naturally. It does not matter to the plant that you may think the leaves look "ugly". The plant will also draw substances from them to help grow the flowers. Remove them and the plant does not get access to these pre-made substances (amino acids, carbohydrates etc.) resulting in smaller flowers. This is why defolation is pointless.

if the leaf were dead, sure.. But lots of green surface area remains = photosynthesis -- even if some portions are damaged.
