In my opinion No they are not quite ready as the calyxes have yet to swell up completely and there are plenty of white hairs still showing another week - 10 days atleast mate

Pic 1 - 2 id say more time needed But if the last few pics are what best part of the plant looks like I'd say yes. Thst pushing her into harvest window Lower your lights 65'70% make sure your soil is truly soaked and allow the plant to take in as much free EC liquid you can get into it. If its the opposite and ur plant looks more like pic 1 id say keep pushing on 7-10 days with ripening. Whatever the way it looks as a whole hope this helps really nice big buds. Also how u know you're in ripening is if your buds are hard they fattened up and in ripening
