Looks like they’ve been way overfed and burnin up. Waterrrrr away. Won’t reverse the damage but help stop the progression. Good luck

Nutrition has been too strong, also likely not enough run off at feeding. Flowering npk is 1-2-3

Too far advanced to effect any sort of "fix". Had you asked this question 2-3 weeks ago when the issue probably first started showing, there could have been a chance to stop it from getting worse, but it is too late now. A ppm reading of 2500 is extreme.
