So what u need to do here is super crop
As if they've and stretching left in them all bending will do is take a few cm off
Bend and fold your nodes down, like fellin trees. Where you bend the stem will fall.
Then attach a string or hinder them from been able to spring up

Better but like literally try and bend the branches over not like just push them away from the light. Those three in the back if you can do it without breaking them. Like bend them by going a couple inches down from the top where if you bend it would be about same level as the ones that are at a safe distance. Hope this made sense
