No, not at all, they are over ripe female (pre-flower) calyxes and nothing to worry about.........completely normal.
Male flowers grow on small stems and are of a different shape all together.

Weird formation, should I harvest?Buds are growing weird, her 2 sisters have been chopped but this one seems to be getting sick and slight foxtailing, the main colas have 4 tops growing out of each causing a block like cluster, trichomes look milky with the odd amber one. Is she further along then six weeks?Is my girl growing to fast? I look around at diaries and it seems my plant is starting early flowering. I am counting day seed breaks surface as start. So is my plant going to go though flowering longer or am looking at 5.5 weeks to harvest approx? that would be 11 weeks

All leaves are dry sear or gone headbuds start to dry out.My plant is drying from top to bottom, all leaves are dry, sear or gone. Headbuds almost dry while in first week of flushing. I just harvested her because im out of office this week and it looks like it could be start molding where the leaves are sear.
