Wait for whole trich to amber, or just the tips?

Finally starting to see some amber on the buds. Got a better microscope coming tomorrow as getting pictures on the phone is a nightmare. Should I be waiting for entire trichomes to turn, or will it only ever be the tip?

Just the tips will turn amber... make sure you're looking at the trichs that are on the buds, not the leaves.... Good luck!

Your bud is actually ready. I would flush the soil and do water for at least a week. Then harvest. You want it to look like this when you harvest. So plan ahead on next grow. Enjoy. 🌱

It will be only the tip, and as GrowingGrannie said make sure it's the trichomes on the buds and not the sugar leaves because the trichomes on the sugar leaves always mature faster than the ones on the buds.

Is it a thing to harvest the plants in 2 time? Underneath the canopy there's a new layer of flowering bud site after I defoliated 2 weeks ago. Chop the top buds and wait 10-15 days to give these new buds more time and light you develop. I hope you understand what I mean 🙄 lol

Early flower?Are these bud spots? If so, is my plant gonna get bigger? It is barely 3 weeks old and feels way too young and tiny to flower. Only 20 cm main stem length. Pistils started to show. There are about 5 spots like that on each plant, with the main stem having the biggest one.
