In most cases during Veg you’re only getting two. But looks like your plant is super healthy and wouldn’t worry to much.

tri leaf mutation.. may or may not continue. The few i've seen have grown out of it within a node or two.

It's not a common mutation but it happens. You should get 3 branches at that node.
