Drying too slow?

I have 2 fans on lowest setting in my drytent, it's constant 60%RH and 20°C / 68°F I wettrimmed my buds, they are all hanging on a string sepperatly. I am now drying 11 days and the stems still don't snap should i lower the settings on my dehumidifier or is this okay?

Fans should not be directly pointed at buds, just in case. I dry in similar conditions, but i remove from stem and place on mesh racks. This takes about 9 days. I don't see hanging larger branches taking more than 2-3 days longer, so you'd be fine. If concerned, snip them all the stem down to buds and put on a mesh reck. stem snap.. wholey depends on size of the stem.. so that's as much art as anythign else... is it dry on outside.. give it another 24h from that point and try sealing. if it gets too "soft/moist" on exterior, remove. (check every 6-8 hours the first day in container to make sure it doesn't sweat too muich) stay consistent with how you dry, and it beceomes more familiar. I chop down a bit smaller than you, so it would occur faster for me. I feel my buds and when they are nearly the right weight and a little crispy on outside i know it's safe to cure/store. When they first feel slightly crispy on outside, i know it takes 12-24h more. It may takea a bit longer with the branch attached. Just something you have to do. obviously density and size of colas will impact it, but the same temps and rh will have very similar results... and once oyu have a decent baseline you'll also be able to do the mental math on varying densities and cola sizes within reasonable error. 2-way humidi packs are great and allow you to err slightly on moist side, which is better than over-drying and re-hydrating. buy Boveda.. not integra boost. integra sucks donkey balls.

Wet trimming means all of the moisture has to come out through the buds. Dry trimming means nearly all of the water will come out through the leaves, making drying more even and usually faster too. Be patient, 2 weeks is about what I would expect in your situation.

Just dont point the fans directly to buds. Temperature and humidity are on point, if they need 14-15-16 days is totally ok the parts with smaller stem diameter will be ready first, so collect them when they are ready but dont push this process, the better you do now the easier will be curing them later.

Nugs dry slow at that humidity. If they're still attached to larger stems that can slow it down too. You don't always get that "snap" you may be expecting either. Some people buck to buds off the stems and dry on racks to speed things along. Faster isn't always better though. Just watch for molding, they'll be done soon.

11 days should be so close.. i would def lower it but don't over do it.. just 55% make a big difference ! P.s I no pro but recently drying and homeworking.. just monitor it closely maybe start that in the AM or when you are home most !
