Should I start flushing please help !!!

if you took a shit, you should definitely flush immediately aftwerward. Is it overfed or some real reason to flush it? if not, no worries. If you want to be lazy the last bit with water-only irrigations, that's fine too, but don't think it changes the flower at all, lol... nothing in the plant's biology can do that. It does not have an excretion system for minerals. drastically changing the contents of the water that enters can fuck up good biology that's dependent on a predictable concentration gradient of various solutes across a permiable membrane... if that doesn't make sense, think of the people who made this shit up who didn't have a lick of biology under their belt just blindly making shit up.

Yes, the plant on the left is ready, so start flushing, the plant on the right might take another 3 weeks or so, so too early to flush as yet.

Ripeness is a personal preference, only you know what you like best. Letting them run another week or two won't hurt though.
