Fluffy tips on buds

Hiya good people, I've got 1 week left of genesis feed and pk, then 2 weeks flush, growing in hydro pots. I've noticed the tops of a few buds going very fluffy n white any ideas ?? The strain is pineapple chunk.

That top cola is bleached from too much light.
