Could be many things. Probably not a single deficiency. I would measure the runoff and check the pH. I guess it might be a bit off. Also, measure the EC to see if you have too much salt in the soil.
Now, how to get your plant back on track:
Flush your plant once. Just use tap water without nutrients at a pH of 6.5. Use the same amount of water as the volume of soil your pot holds. Then give about 1/4 of that volume with half-strength nutrient solution. After that, place the pot on its side for 30 minutes so that the water can drain perfectly through the holes on the sides. Then don't water for at least 3 days (preferably longer).

The reddish coloring is probably from cold temps at night or genetics. Are temps nearing or dropping beow 68F? It doesn't take much. some turn "Fall" colors no matter what, too. Might just end up with purple/red leaves. If temp-related, probably best to prevent it, but they seem to still develop fine in my experience. I'd assume it impacts its ability for photosynthesis a little bit.
It sure does look like an N-def, but as others said, it's in the wrong location, which is weird. Looks like it might be worse lower on the plant? if so, that tracks well. Add some N relative to recent levels.

Nitrogen deficiency would likely start at the bottom. I would check if you might be giving too much fertilizer and because the leaves are quite droopy, if the stems are also limp/soft. If so, then I would also suspect too little water.
