Trichomes ready for harvest?

Hi, first time grower here:-) Hard to judge if she is ready for harvest. In the photos taken through the microscope the trichomes look clear but in the photos through the macro lens they look more cloudy. Day 74 since she looked up from the soil, Blue Auto Mazar, auto flower

those trichomes are transparent and I see many new slim new flowers with white pistils... I´d wait 2 weeks more until more than 50% trichomes are cloudy or milky even 5% amber, 80-90% brown pistils and of course check the overall production of new flowers

I would wait untill most of the trichome-heads are milky. Those on the picture are clear and do not have that much Cannabinoids in it. After my first look I would give that plant at least 2-3 more weeks.

Plant is unripe. Not worth looking at trichomes yet. See those long hairs? the calyxes need to plump around them. they will 'look' shorter and then start paying attention to trichomes. pistil coloration density trichomes use all three
