Do I need to change any part of my setup??

If you want easier start, go with 3.5L plastic pots with lighmix until 3rd week (about 30cm plants), then repot em to those 20L clothbags you got now with proper soil like allmix/batmix. One thing that you will face is problems getting runoff when watering since your pots sit on plastic .. rather have em elevated from what ever is underneath em. Vivosun lights are really good but make sure you are not cooking you tiny ones in first weeks, 25% and 50cm might still be too much, keep eye out since they really don't need much (i grow with 20w flexlight for first 2 weeks for comparsion).
